Do you deliver to addresses outside of the suburbs listed?
Yes! Depending on the location we can often deliver to almost anywhere in Brisbane for you. Please contact us to discuss how we can get your flowers delivered.
What time do you deliver?
I do my own deliveries each day and aim to have all deliveries completed between 2 and 6pm. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TIMED DELIVERIES FOR OUR ORDERS.
What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery arrives?
No worries! All our deliveries come with water and will stay fresh until they arrive home. We will always aim to leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered position but if you have any tips for location please be sure to add them into the special instructions. If apartments or homes cannot be accessed at time of delivery. you will be contacted to discuss further arrangements and may incur a further fee.
Can I send a customised card with my delivery?
Of course! Add your message in the card message section on your selected item. Please remember to add who it is to and from so the lucky recipient knows who to thank.
Can I pick up my flowers?
Of course! I work from my home in Tarragindi but it is more than okay for you to pop in and pick them up. Just select pick up during checkout.

Remove the flowers from their wrapping and choose a vase size that best suits your flowers. You don't want a short vase for long stems as they may fall over, likewise a vase that is too big as you'll loose the beautiful design created for you. If you like, leave your flowers tied up to keep them in the best design

Every 2 to 3 days your flowers will love a new drink of water and to help them drink, each time you change the water cut the stems at a sharp 45 degree angle about 1-2cm up the stem. Also remember to remove any leaves or flowers from the water and keep away from draughts and direct sunlight.

To best keep your flowers fresh keep the saturation level high, basically ensuring you top up the water regularly so it doesn't dry out.

Do not keep flowers on top of televisions or microwaves as they radiate heat and can cause flowers to dehydrate. Some fruits can also release tiny amounts of ethylene gas which can prematurely age flowers, so it is best to keep flowers a distance away.
